Standard Shipping
Orders shipping to locations within the United States qualify for $9 flat rate shipping in most cases (excluding wireframe displays).

Orders shipping to Canada from our US warehouse do not qualify for flat rate shipping. All available shipping options will be displayed at checkout + any applicable taxes and duties. taxes and duties are prepaid so you don't have to hassle with customs etc. and are calculated in real time and passed through at actual cost - we don't mark them up in any way.

Expedited Shipping
Additionally, you may choose from expedited options at checkout. Expedited shipping rates are calculated in real time and are provided by the carrier based on the size and weight of your package and your shipping address.

To view all available shipping rates specific to your order, simply add your items to the cart and click "Checkout" - fill in your shipping address and click to the shipping options screen where all available rates to your shipping address will be displayed.

To redeem your Red Suit Rewards:

  • Click on the Red Suit Rewards icon at the bottom of any page on our website.
  • Sign into your account or create an account with us if you don't already have one.
  • The highest value reward you are eligible for (if any) will be display at the top of our rewards pop up. Click the "Redeem" button to get that reward.
  • Alternately, click the "Ways to Redeem" button to see a complete list of rewards. All rewards that you are eligible for will have a "Redeem" button to the right. Simply click the "Redeem" button for the reward you choose.
  • A code will be displayed on screen and will be sent to you via email immediately. Simply click the "copy code" button to copy the code to use on your current order - or save it for a future order.
  • At checkout, you will see a Discount code/Gif card box on the right hand side of the screen. Simply enter/paste the code into the discount code box and your reward will be applied to your order.

To use a coupon or promo code you first must have items for purchase added to your shopping cart. Once you have added items to your shopping cart, simply click the proceed to checkout button in your cart and you can add a promo code in the "Discount" box on the checkout screen.

  • You can apply only one percentage off discount code per order.
  • You can also use one free shipping discount code per order.
  • You can also use any one reward points discount code with your order.
  • Gift cards/certificates are just like cash and can be used in any combination and as many as you want to use on a single order.

Buy More/Save More discounts are automatically applied and can be combined with 1 discount code offer/reward points, etc.

(please note that Red Suit Reward codes/discount codes can only be redeemed for self-service orders placed on our website - they cannot be redeemed when calling in an order to our order desk.)
